First Stage - External Treatment Using a Mask and Facial Cream
Aknol Night:
A natural cinnamon-based, ginkgo biloba and silicic acid deep cleanser, Aknol Night cleans blocked pores, removes excess fat, soothes the skin, helps cure pimples and prevents future outbreaks. Applying the mask and leaving it on your face while you sleep guarantees quick results in a matter of days.

Aknol Day
A natural day cream, enriched with a fat-free tomato extract with a precise moisture and water balance designed for acne-prone and oily skin. The cream treats inflammation, suppresses and irritates the pathogenic acne bacteria (Propionibacterium acnes), which causes wounds and scars.

Second Stage: Aknol Capsules
A herbal, mineral and vitamin-based formula that balances and redirects excess hormones, restores and rebuilds the skin. The formula improves the digestive and liver function.
Capacity : 60 capsules. The capsules in the kit are suitable for 30 days. You should continue taking them for another month after the acne’s disappearance.

Third Stage: Nutrition
A poor diet rich in simple sugars, trans fat, processed and canned foods and an increased consumption of dairy products may worsen the condition of your acne. The recommended diet includes complex carbohydrates such as rye and spelt, whole grains including whole rice and quinoa, and legumes such as lentils of different colors, beans and chickpeas. Furthermore, eating vegetables that contain fluids like cucumbers as well as beta-carotene-rich orange vegetables such as sweet potato and carrots are also good for you. It is recommended to drink plenty of water. The T.M.S.T kit is accompanied by a nutritional treatment plan that lists the recommended food groups you should be eating.
Treatment time : 3-6 months depending on the severity of the condition.
Tips
It is recommended you avoid using hair gels containing silicone and fat components.
It is recommended you change your pillowcase on a nightly basis and clean your skin with a disposable towel or tissue in order to prevent re-infection.
Do not touch your face or “pop” pimples using unwashed hands and make sure to only use makeup and facial creams that are specifically made for people with acne.
