Second Stage: External Treatment Using Natural Cream

External Treatment Using Acidic Gel
Gel Textured Cleanser: Contains 10% Alpha Hydroxy Acids and Beta Hydroxy Acids and lactic acid complex. In addition, the gel contains licorice root extract, aloe vera extract, and guar gum.
The acidic complex is comprised of salicylic acid, glycolic acid and lactic acid and removes dead skin cells that have accumulated on the skin and within the hair follicle. This helps promote healthy cell regeneration resulting in a youthful appearance.
Washing the skin and applying the gel on the lesions and leaving it on for 5-7 minutes once a day will help smooth the skin, remove dead skin, remove dry skin, dandruff and treat other skin symptoms. After washing the gel it is recommended to apply the T.M.S.T. Cream.
The gel was specially developed for the treatment of scalp psoriasis and is suitable for all areas of the body.

Third Stage: Recommended Nutrition Plan
A poor diet rich in simple sugars, trans fat, processed and canned foods and an increased consumption of dairy products may worsen the condition of your psoriasis.
The recommended diet includes complex carbohydrates such as rye and spelt, whole grains including whole rice and quinoa, and legumes such as lentils of different colors, beans and chickpeas. Furthermore, eating vegetables that contain fluids like cucumbers as well as beta-carotene-rich orange vegetables such as sweet potato and carrots are also good for you. It is recommended to drink plenty of water.
The T.M.S.T kit is accompanied by a nutritional treatment plan that lists the recommended food groups you should be eating.
